Whataburger signed a 10 year+ NNN lease for a newly constructed building in Hoover, the first location in Alabama featuring its latest prototype that incorporates two drive thrus. The site formerly housed a 9,900-s.f. Pier 1 Imports, which is part of a neighborhood shopping center. Whataburger undertook the buildout costs, which entailed demolishing the building. More
