    MOM’s Organic Market, a Maryland-based grocery chain, signed a NNN lease for an inline unit in a neighborhood shopping center in Severna Park, a suburb about 10 miles north of Annapolis and 20 miles south of Baltimore. The MOM’s real estate team was attracted to the area’s rapidly increasing population and felt that the community was underserved in the natural foods-oriented grocery segment.     Anatomy of a Lease: Full Metal Burgers in Denver

    Full Metal Burgers, a heavy metal music-themed burger venue with two locations in northern San Diego, signed an NNN lease to open in a ground-floor space within an 11-story, 397-unit mixed-use luxury apartment building that is still under construction. The building, called Mica RiNo, is in Denver’s River North Art District, a former industrial warehouse section of the city that continues to undergo revitalization and now features bars, restaurants and art galleries.     Anatomy of a Lease: Saint Laurent in New York City

    Saint Laurent, the high-end French apparel and accessories retailer, signed a lease for space in a corner building on NYC’s Gansevoort Street, occupying the lower, street-level and second floor of the mixed-use building. The retailer has two other locations in NYC and intends to make this store its flagship unit. This location will act as an anchor for the other luxury tenants in the trendy shopping neighborhood. The store expects to be open by Q2 or Q3 of 2024. More
