MOM’s Organic Market, a Maryland-based grocery chain, signed a NNN lease for an inline unit in a neighborhood shopping center in Severna Park, a suburb about 10 miles north of Annapolis and 20 miles south of Baltimore. The MOM’s real estate team was attracted to the area’s rapidly increasing population and felt that the community was underserved in the natural foods-oriented grocery segment.
