    Anatomy of a Lease: Full Metal Burgers in Denver

    Full Metal Burgers, a heavy metal music-themed burger venue with two locations in northern San Diego, signed an NNN lease to open in a ground-floor space within an 11-story, 397-unit mixed-use luxury apartment building that is still under construction. The building, called Mica RiNo, is in Denver’s River North Art District, a former industrial warehouse section of the city that continues to undergo revitalization and now features bars, restaurants and art galleries. The restaurant expects to open by the fall. More
