The project is expected to be completed by the spring of 2024.     The DRIPBaR has signed a lease for an inline space in a 48-acre Class A grocery-anchored regional lifestyle center in Snellville, located about 30 miles outside of Atlanta. The location is expected to open in January. With vacancy rates at an all-time low, finding availability was the biggest hurdle for the DRIPBaR husband and wife franchisee team.     Anatomy of a Lease: Tapville Social in Pittsburgh

    In August, Tapville Social signed an NNN lease for a street-front shell space unit that includes a patio area, which is part of a mixed-use development dubbed “The Vision on Fifteenth.” The development will ultimately encompass 28,000 s.f. of retail/restaurants and 228,000 s.f. of luxury Class A office space. The project’s neighboring 19,000-s.f. two-story building was leased to Puttery, which opened in February. The Vision on Fifteenth is within Pittsburgh’s Strip District, a thriving area filled with numerous businesses including the regional headquarters of Meta (formerly Facebook) and a Homewood Suites, which are both located across the street.     Sprouts Farmers Market will occupy a former Bed Bath & Beyond space within a community shopping center in Rio Rancho, a growing suburb located about 15 miles northwest of Albuquerque, N.M. After doing extensive renovations of the space, Sprouts predicts an opening date of Q2 2024. The shopping center currently houses high-traffic tenants such as T.J. Maxx, Michaels, PetSmart and Ross Dress for Less. More

    Anatomy of a Lease: Caribou Coffee in Brookfield, Wisconsin

    Caribou Coffee signed a long-term NNN lease for a portion of a retrofitted building that had previously housed a 5,000-s.f. Pepino’s Pizza & Ristorante. The building faces a major transportation artery street in Brookfield, a suburb about 14 miles from Milwaukee. The building’s redevelopment is part of a larger construction project which includes a separate 12,000-s.f. building that can house approximately six additional tenants. More
