We are seeing a trend of sales increases within the contemporary division, and luxury stores definitely see this trend continuing throughout the holiday season. Another trend I see continuing this holiday season is grocery tenants seeing sale increases, especially as people will likely host more parties and family gatherings this year. The growth in grocery stores is one of the reasons Trademark Property Company is focused on mixed-use properties.
