SUB-2,000 S.F. Tenants to fill your Space in the week of October 18th

The chicken chain plans massive franchised expansion with 40 units planned for California, 25 in Texas, 10 in Nevada and 10 in Arizona over the next 18 months. The first location opened in Downtown Los Angeles in 2018 and the second unit is planned for Culver City, Calif., this fall. Downtown and street-front sites are desired. The restaurant is known for fusing Nashville hot chicken in six different spice levels with various American favorites.

Face Foundrie

Preferred Sq. Footage: 1,500-2,000 s.f.

12-Month Anticipated Openings: 15-20

The facial services brand counts on rapid expansion with 55 franchise deals in the works and plans for 15 to 20 new locations per year through 2024. New units are planned for Denver, Nashville, Tenn., Houston, Scottsdale, Ariz., and throughout Minnesota, New Jersey and Florida. Shopping center, lifestyle center, regional mall and grocery-anchored sites are desired with a preference for inline or end cap units. The chain offers a variety of services including lash extensions, facial waxing and cryotherapy.

PetWellClinic

Preferred Sq. Footage: 600-1,200 s.f.

12-Month Anticipated Openings: 15-20

The veterinary chain hopes to open 15 to 20 new units per year for the next couple years and possibly up to 30 new locations after 2023, as the brand looks for additional franchisees. Count on new units in New York City, Pittsburgh, Denver and throughout New Jersey and New Hampshire. Up to 25 new locations will come to the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia markets due to a recent franchisee agreement. Power center and grocery-anchored center sites will be sought after. The chain provides walk-in, non-surgical veterinary services in an open-format setting.

Faherty Brand

Preferred Sq. Footage: 1,200-1,500 s.f.

12-Month Anticipated Openings: 15

The sustainably-minded men’s and women’s apparel chain currently operates 25 brick-and-mortar stores with plans to grow coast to coast this year. Faherty also sells clothing in 300 specialty stores and recently launched in new markets including West Palm Beach and Rosemary Beach, Fla., as well as Venice and San Jose, Calif. Regional mall sites are targeted.

12-Month Anticipated Openings: 10-15

The animal clinic signed 30 franchisee deals earlier in the year and plans for up to 15 new units per year over the next two years. Rumor has it new locations will come to Texas, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona, Indiana and Colorado. The brand seeks small conveniently located inline spaces in power centers and grocery-anchored centers.

Chocolate Bash

Preferred Sq. Footage: 1,000-1,400 s.f.

12-Month Anticipated Openings: 3

The quick-service dessert chain will enter Northern California after landing its newest franchise location in Elk Grove. New units are also in the works for San Diego and Glendale, Calif. Shopping center, mall food court, regional mall and grocery-anchored sites are targeted. The chain is known for its dessert crepes, waffles and drinks with flavors found overseas.
