The brand has flourished during the pandemic, as Madison Reed provides hair color products made for at-home use.
Brik + Clik

Brik + Clik seeks sites for new locations in both top-tier cities and emerging markets, including Phoenix, Dallas, Austin and Raleigh, N.C. The chain partners with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield to take over newly vacant retail spaces in their malls. Over the next couple years, the retailer also plans up to 50 smaller shop-in-shops partnering with a national clothing apparel chain in Rhode Island, Georgia, Maryland, Chicago and Arizona. The retailer focuses on highlighting localized companies that are specific to each location.
Herman Miller

The furniture chain debuts a space exclusively to sell office chains targeting the work-from-home customer. The brand eyes possible locations in Miami, Raleigh-Durham, N.C., Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Scottsdale, Ariz., Seattle, Chicago, Santa Clara and San Diego, Calif. Sites in mixed-use shopping developments, lifestyle centers and open-air shopping centers in commercial districts will be desired. The retailer also has larger showrooms that feature a mix of office and home furnishings located in major metropolitan hubs.
Tuft & Needle

The digitally-native mattress chain looks to add new units in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Colorado and Ohio. Densely populated, ethnically-diverse neighborhoods will be targeted. Sites in strip malls, indoor malls, standalone buildings and space in or near mixed-use units on street-front retail districts will be sought after. The chain offers a slightly cheaper price point for its mattresses and is known for the proprietary adaptive foam that provides support without sinking in.
Vuori Clothing

The California-based performance clothing brand recently opened a 1,400-s.f. standalone store in Malibu after first testing a pop-up shop in the market. The shop took over a space formally held by Michael Stars and will host community events such as yoga classes. Future growth will be fueled by a $45M investment from Norwest Venture Partners Vuori received in 2019. Lifestyle center and regional mall sites will be targeted.
