Old Time Pottery signed a lease for the second generation former Gordmans space, in a super-regional power center in Saint Charles, located about a half-hour’s drive from St. Louis. The store is expected to open by late summer in 2023. The site is located immediately off of Interstate 70, a major east-west highway, and the retail center houses high-traffic tenants such as ALDI, Bass Pro Shops and Duluth Trading Company. The busy retail area has guaranteed foot traffic, thanks to the St. Charles Convention Center that is across the street from the site. There are also multiple hotels in the vicinity, including the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles, located within one mile of the space.
Tenant: Old Time Pottery
Location: Saint Charles, Mo.
Square Footage: 76,411 s.f.
Developer/Owner: First National Realty Partners
Property Type: Super-Regional Power Center
The space was attractive to Old Time Pottery as the immediate area is undergoing development, specifically with the 325-acre multi-use Riverpointe project, which will include a 5.5-mile riverwalk, as well as multifamily housing, offices, restaurants and entertainment venues. Old Time Pottery, a discount-oriented furniture brand with stores in seven different states, is expected to be a great fit in the retail center, where the average household income is $76,653 within a three-mile radius.
