The seafood chain will add up to 40 new units per year over the next three to five years. Look for units coming to the Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Tampa and Orlando, Fla., MSAs. The chain will also look for sites in Midwest and Western markets including Cleveland, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Omaha, Neb., Bismarck, N.D., and Sioux Falls, S.D. Shopping center, regional mall and grocery-anchored center sites will be targeted.

The breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant chain plans to double its unit count to 50 locations by 2024. Around five to seven units are currently in development with at least four to six planned to open next year. The chain is focusing on opening corporate locations along with selling franchises. Existing units are in Virginia and the Carolinas with future growth planned there. Locations are also being sought after in Tennessee and Florida. Downtown, street-front, freestanding pad, shopping center and regional mall sites are targeted.

The Japanese/Peruvian full-service restaurant will add new units in Beverly Hills, Calif., Philadelphia, Nashville, Tenn., and to San Francisco’s Union Square neighborhood. The chain currently has four locations total in the U.S., Canada and England with units also planned in the Middle East. Downtown, street-front, freestanding pad, lifestyle center, non-traditional units will be sought after.

The fast-casual restaurant will add new units in Tustin and Valencia, Calif., by year’s end. These units will bring the company count to 15. A restaurant opened in The Woodlands, Texas, in August, a first in the state, with additional sites being sought after throughout Houston and other Texas markets. The menu includes “American classics redefined” such as burgers, hot dogs, wraps, sandwiches and salads.
