Le Creuset, the high-end enameled cast-iron cookware brand that is manufactured in France and available in a wide variety of bright colors, has 72 stores in the U.S. at various outlet malls and three “signature boutique” shops in Colorado, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. The cookware’s elevated production standards warrant higher than average prices, which may result in the products being out of reach for the budget-conscious consumer. But thanks to special large-scale “Factory to Table” sales events that take place in up to three different venues throughout the country every year, consumers are able to peruse and purchase the cookware at deep reductions in a fun-filled environment.
The premiere Factory to Table event took place seven years ago in Charleston, S.C., and was a rousing success.
“Due to the incredibly positive support we received after our first event in our home base of Charleston we decided to explore popping up in other cities across the country,” said Diane Foster, vice president of retail for Le Creuset. “We choose different cities all over the country to enable us to bring consumers the opportunity to explore and purchase our quality cookware at unbelievable prices.”
All types of large-scale sites are considered for these events, such as convention halls, airplane hangars, and even stockyards.

“We are always exploring new venues that provide easy ability and access for our shoppers, and of course the space to showcase the largest curated assortment of Le Creuset products and colors that can be put under one roof,” Foster said. “These high energy events also allow us to be in the local communities and meet new and existing customers. We bring in our very knowledgeable staff to answer everything from how to use our product to how to clean our product to sharing recipes.”
In 2023, the first Factory to Table event of the year will take place at the Rawhide Western Town & Event Center in Chandler, Ariz., from Feb. 2 to Feb. 4. The Thursday kick-off day is a VIP shopping session available for a $25 entrance fee, which allows customers early access to the sale and re-entry for a Saturday session, as well as live music, refreshments and the opportunity to purchase a special “mystery box.” The remaining dates also allow customers to shop in 90-minute increments for a $10 entrance fee (advance online ticket purchases are required to attend all sessions). A portion of all ticket sales will benefit both the Meals on Wheels local Phoenix chapter and the national organization.
