With 106 units in the U.K., where Wren Kitchens is headquartered, the brand began opening units in the U.S in late 2020, and now has six shops throughout the Northeast coastal regions. Look for continued growth in the area, especially throughout Pennsylvania and Long Island, N.Y. Expect standalone pads and end caps in neighborhood shopping centers and power centers to be targeted. Gravity Vault

Gravity Vault will concentrate on opening rock climbing gyms in underserved markets throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia, in addition to adding units in the San Francisco Bay Area. The brand is also scouting out potential markets in Florida. Preferred sites are grocery- anchored power centers and entertainment-themed malls in affluent suburbs of major metros. Unusual spaces are also ideal, such as former churches, repurposed warehouses and standalone sports center facilities in non-residential areas.
US Foods CHEF’STORE

This warehouse grocery and restaurant supply store services foodservice professionals and the general public alike, without requiring a membership fee. Look for the brand to concentrate on opening units in grocery-anchored centers, as well as more traditional shopping centers. Utah and Montana will be the first states to get new stores this year.
