Scores Sports Bar signed a 15-year NNN lease for a retail street-front building that had previously been occupied by a Brother Jimmy’s barbecue restaurant. Scores Sports Bar hopes to be open by this fall and is the first of its kind restaurant/bar concept that is an offshoot of the Scores Gentlemen’s clubs. This team behind Scores Sports Bar anticipates opening a second restaurant in New York City next year.
