Cosm, the company that has revolutionized immersive viewing entertainment through its high-resolution LED-infused technology, will debut its first two domed venues in Inglewood, California, and The Colony, Texas, this year (in Q2 and Q3, respectively). It will also present live action sports events in real time thanks to its multi-year deal inked in March with ESPN.
The deal allows Cosm to stream live sports events such as the U.S. Open, National Hockey League games, National Basketball Association games, select Ultimate Fighting Championship matches, as well as select college football, baseball, softball and basketball games.
These live games can be streamed to viewers in the audience in an enhanced 3D manner, thanks to Cosm’s highly calibrated enlarged LED domed screen that utilizes an ultra-high resolution. The truly immersive technology, dubbed “Shared Reality,” allows viewers to feel as if they are in the front row of an actual sporting event, while also having the fun camaraderie of a shared spectator experience. In addition, food and beverages will also be available.

In January, Cosm also inked a multi-year deal with NBC Sports to livestream select sporting events, such as Premier League soccer games, horse races and college games from the Big Ten schools. This is on the heels of yet another deal inked in October 2023 with Turner Network Television Sports, which allows Cosm to stream select games such as the NBA playoffs, the Stanley Cup playoffs and some of the U.S. men’s and women’s soccer matches.
In addition to sports partnerships, Cosm has also signed on with other performance-oriented brands and artists. In June of last year, Cosm partnered with the Quebec-based Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, which creates visually artistic acrobatic circus performances, to present its shows. Cosm will also work with the multi-media artist and DJ Chris Holmes for a psychedelic kaleidoscope-tinged show called “The Journey Within” that will feature music by artists such as David Bowie and Radiohead. Plus, through a partnership with Planetary Collective, Cosm will present a show titled “Orbital” that reveals the beauty found in outer space.
Cosm has expressed an interest in expanding its venues to new key markets in the U.S., rumored to be in bustling tourist communities such as Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, and possibly Scottsdale, Ariz. Both of the Cosm venues that will open this year are 65,000 s.f. and located in areas with entertainment co-tenants such as performing arts arenas, as well as “eatertainment” concepts such as Popstroke and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.
