The immersive art space brand will add two new units in Texas over the next couple years. One location will be in a mixed-use redevelopment of a warehouse in Houston set to open by 2024. The second will take over a former Bed, Bath & Beyond site at an indoor mall in Grapevine. Existing Meow Wolf units are in Denver, Las Vegas and Santa Fe, N.M. Freestanding pad, shopping center, power center, regional mall, non-traditional, entertainment center and grocery-anchored center sites will be targeted.

The seafood chain plans rapid expansion with goals for up to 25 units per year over the next two years. The restaurant sets it sights on franchise growth in Kansas, Utah, Idaho, Ohio, Colorado, Arizona and California. Units are in the works for North Miami Beach, Hillcrest Heights, Md., Hilton Head, S.C., and Blasdell, N.Y. Downtown, street-front, freestanding pad, shopping center and grocery-anchored center sites will be desired. The menu includes Creole/Cajun-inspired seafood.

The fishing, hiking, hunting and workwear chain seeks locations near outdoor activities, especially popular fishing locales. The brand, which was introduced by parent company Bealls Inc. this spring, has six existing units located in Texas, Oklahoma, Indian, Tennessee, Florida and Ohio. Shopping center, power center and grocery-anchored center sites will be targeted.
Din Tai Fung

The Taiwanese restaurant chain will add a unit to the Downtown Disney shopping and dining district right outside the Disney theme parks in Anaheim, Calif., as part of a major renovation underway. The restaurant chain is also in the process of moving a unit from an existing location at The Americana at Brand in Glendale, Calif., to a spot across the street at the Galleria mall. The new unit will take over a former Gap space and is expected to open next fall. Downtown, street-front, freestanding pad and entertainment center sites are desired.
