This customizable charcuterie franchise chain, which opened its first shop last year, is now eyeing growth into the new states of Idaho, California, New Mexico, Missouri and Arkansas. Graze Craze has already recently penetrated Washington, Nevada, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Delaware — all new states for the brand. The concept seeks strip malls, grocery-anchored spaces and shopping center sites.

This wedding dress boutique, a sister brand to Altar’d State, is centered around creating a fun experience for a bride and her bridesmaids. New locations in 2023 include a unit in Denver, as well as rumored new sites in Florida, Tennessee and potentially in the new states of Texas and Arizona. Vow’d prefers spaces in regional malls, retail street-front spaces and lifestyle centers.
Ephemeral Tattoo

The temporary tattoo parlor concept, in which the tattoo fades away in nine to 15 months, is in growth mode, having just opened a shop in Washington, D.C., in March and a unit in Miami last December. A future shop will open in Chicago in May, and the brand is considering sites in Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland, Ore., and San Diego. Ephemeral Tattoo seeks high-traffic retail street-front sites, which can be off Main and Main, with a large amount of Gen Z and millennial foot traffic.
