Anatomy of a Lease: Everytable in Rialto, California

Everytable signed a 10-year NNN lease for a street-front end cap space in Rialto Village, a 96,000-s.f. shopping center development that broke ground in August of last year and is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Everytable is occupying the final vacant space in the development and will be sharing the retail pad building site with other nationally known tenants such as Nekter Juice Bar, Cold Stone Creamery, Sharetea, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and The Joint Chiropractic. Other highly trafficked tenants within Rialto Village include Sprouts Farmers Market, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, Burlington, Mochinut, In-N-Out Burger and Quick Quack Car Wash.

NewMark Merrill originally decided to build the shopping center in this area of Rialto, a city within San Bernardo County, because it was a food desert region that lacked a lot of grocery and restaurant options. Rialto Village appealed to Everytable because it is situated immediately off of Interstate 10, a main artery that connects the Inland Empire region to Los Angeles. The Everytable franchise, which is currently expanding its footprint on a national level, offers affordable yet healthy grab-and-go chef-prepared meals — frequently in underserved communities.
